I generally start working from home at 6:30 a.m. at which time I check my email and phone messages. I am at the office at 8:30 a.m. and take calls at that time until 9:30 a.m. My extension is 117. From 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. I do not take calls while I focus on major work. I generally have one hour appointments at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. I try to return phone messages by the end of the day after my appointments but since I go home for supper every night (which is why I have been happily married since 1972), I may not get back to you until the next day.
